The
Angela Drake family wants to keep Angela's legacy alive and have
found a way to do just that, and continue touching the lives of
others, as Angela would have wanted. The Oregon Community Sports
Arena and the Angela Drake family have joined and will be dedicating
a part of this amazing community facility in Angela Drake’s name.
The Angela Drake Community Room will be a place for people
in and around our community to come for social and business events.
Angela Drake was a leader, a mentor, a role model, a sparkle in a
child’s eye. Angela Drake loved working and being around kids of
all ages and was able to connect with them in ways that we all can
admire.

The Oregon Community
Sports Arena is working hard to finish off our financial goals to
complete this amazing non-profit sports and community arena by the
fall of 2007. Families and businesses from around the area have
been making donations to help make this dream a reality.
Recently, the Oregon
Community Sports Arena was honored with a recent development and
partnership with the Angela Drake family. Angela Drake was an
amazing Oregon “stand-out” who tragically lost her life to a
homicide that occurred last year at this time. The community as a
whole continues to feel the loss of this great young lady who
touched the lives of so many in our community. The Angela Drake
family wants to keep Angela’s legacy alive and have found a way to
do just that, and continue touching the lives of others, as Angela
would have wanted. Angela Drake was a leader, a mentor, a role

meetings, seminars, workshops, social gatherings and many other
community events and activities. The Angela Drake Community
Room will be the largest public meeting area in Oregon that
will attract young and old, for a variety of venues, all in Angela
Drakes name.
The Oregon Community
Sports Arena is proud to help keep Angela Drake’s legacy alive in a
facility that echoes her passion. The Oregon Community Sports Arena
and the Angela Drake family have begun the Angela Drake
Community Fund Campaign to raise $100,000 to fully equip
Angela’s Community Room with the needed equipment and supplies for
the community’s enjoyment. Financial donations can be made to honor
Angela Drake to the Oregon Community Sports Arena, P.O. Box 304
Oregon, WI 53575. All donations are tax deductible and should be
marked for the Angela Drake Community Room.
